F8bbet believes that online gaming should remain a fun source of entertainment — not stress or burden. This page outlines our commitment, the tools we provide and guidance for you to play wisely and responsibly.
For most people, online gaming is a way to relax, challenge themselves, and enjoy some fun in a controlled environment. However, like any other form of entertainment, gaming can become a problem if not managed responsibly.
At f8bbet, we do more than provide a gaming platform — we play an active role in ensuring every player has access to the information, tools, and support they need to make smart gaming decisions. This is not just a rule we follow; it is a core value we uphold.
Responsible gaming means playing within your financial means, not letting gaming disrupt your daily life, and knowing when to take a break. f8bbet is here to help you maintain that balance.
F8bbet provides practical tools that you can activate directly from your account. These tools are designed to give you full control over your gaming experience.
Set your daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Once the limit is reached, the system will block any additional deposits until the limit period resets.
Instantly ActiveSet the maximum loss amount you are willing to accept within a given period. Play with peace of mind knowing your limit is protected.
Instantly ActiveChoose to take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or any other period you specify. Your account will be temporarily suspended.
Easy to ActivateIf you feel you need to step away from the platform for an extended period, the self-exclusion option allows you to block your account for 6 months to permanently.
Full ProtectionGambling-related problems rarely appear suddenly — they usually develop gradually. Recognising the early signs is the most important first step. If you find yourself or someone you care about showing several of the signs below, take action immediately.
Acknowledging that you need help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Here are the steps you can take:
Our trained and empathetic f8bbet support team is available 24/7 via in-platform live chat. We will guide you through the available control options.
Don't wait for the problem to get worse. Activate a playing break or self-exclusion through your account or with the help of our support team.
Talk to a trusted family member or friend. Social support is one of the most powerful factors in helping someone overcome a gambling problem.
Counsellors and mental health professionals trained in gambling issues are available in Malaysia. Seeing a professional is a brave and positive step.
Recovery is a journey, not a destination. With the right support, many people successfully overcome problem gambling and return to living a balanced life.
F8bbet conducts strict age verification during registration and the KYC process. We have zero tolerance for access by players under 18 under any circumstances.
F8bbet actively provides responsible gaming information and guidance to all players — not just waiting for problems to arise first.
The f8bbet support team is trained to handle responsible gaming issues with empathy and professionalism — without any judgment towards players.
You can manage and restrict promotional notifications from f8bbet to reduce unnecessary temptation while you are on a break.
The f8bbet platform displays periodic session time notifications as a reminder to players of how long they have been in their current gaming session.
